U.S. FOIA documents suggest American interests now interfering in Canadian federal election 2008
Judicial Watch, a critically acclaimed U.S. based public interest organization that promotes transparency, accountability, and integrity, in government, politics and the law, on 26 September 2008 released records obtained under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which suggests that a George W. Bush administration-linked “U.S. Secretariat”, is seeking to orchestrate a Stephen Harper majority government in Federal Election 2008. These FOIA documents, had been obtained from the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce, concerning the “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.” (SPP).
On March 23, 2005, heads of government — Mexico’s Vincente Fox, U.S. President George W. Bush, and Canada’s Paul Martin – launched the North American partnership at a meeting in Waco, Texas, with the expressed goal of creating a “North American Union”. It appears now Partnership’s “working groups”, include government and business leaders from the United States, Mexico and Canada, that have links to Canada major television networks, daily newspapers, press wire services, and radio stations, are seeking to work together to manipulate the Canadian public, into supporting a Stephen Harper majority government.
Have you noticed that media organizations in Canada, with notable reference to CTV, have acted as public relations mouthpieces for Stephen Harper’s policies, even though these policies would undermine the overall quality-of-living in Canada? When CTV, for example, released Stephen Harper’s tax cutting agenda, not one reporter was allowed to substantively shed any critical light to this agenda. At the same time, CTV sought to bring subtle ridicule over Stephane Dion’s “green tax”, while marginalizing the NDP and Greens.
Unfortunately, Stephane Dion has to stick to the script that was apparently handed to him by the U.S. Secretariat that administers the executing of the SPP-NAU agenda. After all, the same Canadian corporate minions in Canada who have allied themselves to U.S. interests in the betrayal of Canada, are principal funders of Canada’s Liberals. Stephane Dion is no Pierre Elliot Trudeau, who would be prepared to confront the corporate interests that would now seek to take-over Canada under a U.S. Imperium.
Judicial Watch, reports that the Partnership’s working groups, report to the U.S. Bush administration and to the North American Competitiveness Council. Judicial Watch, also had originally reported in September 2006 that “The Commerce Department also provided substantial documentation concerning the North American Competitiveness Council. The council consists of 30 members, 10 each from the United States, Mexico and Canada.”
Judicial Watch added that, “The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Council of the Americas “agreed to jointly lead the U.S. Secretariat.” Documents describing the North American Competitiveness Council’s launch, its recommendations, and meeting minutes, were also uncovered by Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, which was filed on 15 August 2006.
The U.S. Secretariat’s public relations website, that seeks to fuse the power of the U.S. government and its corporations is “SPP.gov”. SPP-NAU architects, have apparently been frustrated by Stephen Harper not having a majority government in order to bring about the fulfillment of the terms of the NAU, that his predecessor Paul Martin, had agreed to in 2005.
These provisions include fully privatizing various Canadian institutions like the universal public healthcare system so that U.S. “HMOs” can move into Canada, as well as Canada Post Corporation, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
SPP-NAU architects are also apparently seeking to dismantle any Canadian social program that restricts the ability of U.S corporations and the Canadian corporate backers, unfetteringly to make money in Canada. SPP-NAU architects, want to be able to obtain as much money from Canadian taxpayers for corporate schemes, that includes increasing military expenditures that bring in money for elites, without having to compete for those resources going into social programmes.
SPP-NAU architects, also want to replace the Canadian Dollar as quickly as possible with an “Amero” — a name coined by the NAU champion and U.S. academic Dr. Robert Pastor, for the currency of the NAU. If the SPP-NAU architects get their wish for a Stephen Harper majority government, reliable sources suggest that the Amero would replace the Canadian Dollar by late fall 2008. U.S. investigative journalists have already released evidence that the Amero has already been minted in Denver, and is ready to be transported into Canada. This evidence includes an Amero coin.
Canadians can expect the official reason to be that since the Canadian Dollar and U.S. Dollar have reached near parity, why not have a “common currency” to increase “prosperity”. But the “prosperity” that they refer to is not for the masses, but the “elites”. The Amero, is an apparent scheme to control monetary and other policy, by elites based in the United States, who can use the new currency along with parallel launched biometric technology to further execute an apparent fascistic agenda.
Harvard educated and investigative journalist Dr. Jerome Corsi, has also obtained FOIA documents, which reinforce apparent U.S. prompting of a Federal Election in Canada, and subsequent orchestration.
According to Dr. Jerome Corsi, the George W Bush administration “is running a shadow government without Congressional oversight in conjunction with Canada and Mexico, under the guise of a program “to increase security and to enhance prosperity among the three countries through greater cooperation.” LINK.
When Dr. Corsi visited Ottawa to warn Canadian about the SPP-NAU agenda during the SPP summit that had been held in Montebello, Quebec, he demonstrated himself to be a very responsible, level-headed, and thorough investigator.
Dr. Corsi asserts that a wide range of U.S. [and Canadian] administrative law, is being re-written in stealth under this program to “integrate” and “harmonize” with administrative law in Mexico and Canada. LINK It is this infrastructure revealed by Dr. Corsi, that appears to be now interfering in the Canadian elections.
“Many SPP working groups, appear to be working toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form.” LINK
The Canadian Federal Election 2008, according to Dr. Corsi, Mel Hurtig, and other investigative researchers, appears to have been prompted by so-called “working groups” that seek to fulfill historical desires among American elites for “Manifest Destiny” against Canada. These elites are operating with a similar clique of collaborators who had also called themselves “Free Traders” who had supported the “Commercial Union Movement” that had been championed by likes of Goldwin Smith, and Liberal leader Alexander Mackenzie. It was then Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald who had thwarted the “NAU” confederates at that time.
The current execution in the elite alleged desire for a “New World Order”, requires the manipulation of electoral process internationally, and into Canada, so as to enable the contriving or the formation of governments that are friendly to U.S. corporate exploitation interests, and to an overall American hegemony, irrespective of democratic national self-determination.
Canada has an abundance of natural resources that the U.S. political-military-industrial complex seeks to control, through the SPP-NAU agenda. SPP-NAU architects do not want Canadians interest in social and environmental consciousness, to undermine or to prevent Stephen Harper from obtaining a majority government in behalf of the Canadian subjugation objectives that SPP-NAU architects want to pursue.
